Acreditamos que o "Dia da Mulher" são todos os dias, como o "Dia do Homem" que não é comemorado, ou o "Dia da Criança", da Árvore, dos Mares, etc. Apenas e porque nunca é demais dar atenção especial a determinados assuntos, o homem vai agendando datas comemorativas e ainda bem que o faz. A minha opinião é que o Dia da Mulher deveria ser o Dia da Mãe e é, de facto, apenas não estigmatizado como o Dia 8 de Março, que tem uma carga politica intemporal e que não poderemos dissociar, a alteração do papel da Mulher na Sociedade até há bem pouco tempo, feudal e machista, na sua pior interpretação.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;O Dia da Mulher são todos os dias, como o Dia dos Homens. Aliás proponho que se institua (caso não haja), o "Dia do Humano", homens e mulheres que só unidos conseguem criar a vida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;E já agora, aproveitando este espaço de raciocínio e para aqueles que acham que estes dias são meramente comerciais, são-no de facto, mas não só, nem teria cabimento tal ideia. Nós, Alfarroba, quisemos e vamos querer sempre marcar a diferença. Não queremos que este dia seja apenas intitulado por uns de "comercial" e por outros de "feminista". Neste dia todos são bem vindos, homens, maridos, irmãos, filhos. Iremos ter algumas histórias e poemas interpretados pela actriz "Maria Lua" e eu próprio, Chefe Augusto Lima, irei fazer uma resenha histórica do dia, falando sobre a lenda das grevistas americanas, ou a mentira da verdade, ou será que é a verdade da mentira. Tem duvidas? Dicionário de cozinha 1</title><content type='html'>&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;Saltear...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;É uma forma de cozer alimentos, muito provavelmente oriunda do oriente e traduz-se em cozer a mais pequena porção de alimento, na menor quantidade de gordura, no menor tempo possível e na máxima temperatura. A cozedura é feita pelo calor da frigideira e da gordura e como o alimento é constantemente mexidos, é também homogénea. Advém do francês “faire sauter”, que significa literalmente “fazer saltar. Também proveniente do mesmo verbo francês, existe a palavra “sauté” – utilizada no mundo da Cozinha e que em português significa “frigideira”. Corte em raminhos, os brócolos. Separe o feijão branco. Seque todos os legumes. Corte a cebola e pique o alho. Numa frigideira anti-aderente, a fogo vivo, deite o azeite e deixe aquecer bem. Junte os legumes e a cebola e saltei. De seguida o feijão e o alho. Continue a saltear até obter um resultado homogéneo e cozido, mas não demasiado. é actualmente a Chefe Pasteleira do Restaurante Rafael – San Martín, em Lima, Peru. Nasceu em 1982. Formou-se em Gastronomia, pelo Instituto dos Andes, especializou-se em Gestão Hoteleira na Academia juanita Elton, Santiago do Chile e é diplomada em Gestão de Hotéis e Restaurantes, pela Escola Cordón Bleu do Peru. Trabalhou em diversos Restaurantes nas Américas e Europa e finalizou agora um estágio no Restaurante 2  estrelas Michelin, “Vila Joya” em Albufeira.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;A Pintora convidada...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Natural de Faro,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lidia de Almeida&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;é licenciada em Belas Artes pela “Universidad Simón Bolíver” na Venezuela, com mestrado em Arte Inca. Iniciou a  carreira como professora na Escola Superior de Belas Artes daquele país, ocupando em simultâneo o cargo de Directora de Cultura e Protocolo da Embaixada de Portugal. Além da pintura, o vitral, a escultura e a azulejaria fazem parte do seu trabalho. Actualmente ensina na sua Escola atelier em Gambelas/Faro. O Chefe Augusto Lima desafiou-a a pintar uma tela, que será comida com o café. type='text'>O porquê da escolha do nome "Alfarroba"</title><content type='html'>&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Sendo eu um amante de tudo o que diz respeito ao "Mediterrâneo" e um apaixonado pelos temas àrabes para além de um acérrimo defensor dos productos autóctones do Algarve, nada mais normal que o nome a escolher teria que ser um digno sucessor do anterior projecto, o "Almansal", ter algo a haver com a cultura àrabe (nomeadamente por ter sido esta, a civilização que durante muito tempo e por último, reinou nas nossas terras), que representasse para além da óbvia laranja, o Algarve de ontem, de hoje e de amanhã, e que fosse versátil e misteriosa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Não admira que a escolha tivesse recaido na "&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;Alfarroba&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;"(com a aprovação integral dos proprietários).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div
